Who should contact me?
Anyone who likes my work, samples of which are on this website, wants an 
exceptional level of design and is willing to put in an exceptional effort toward
accomplishing that end. I’m not interested in working for those who fancy
themselves as designers and wish to direct design.
Services typically include:
	Planning advice: An open ended discussion of your requirements that
results in a written list of rooms or spaces and equipment on which I will base
design work.
Measured Drawings (additions)

	Design: My drawings describing the project’s look and feel which likely
include floor and site plans, elevations and, possibly, modeling sufficient to
explain design concepts to you.

	Construction documents: working drawings sufficient to obtain a building
permit and bids, and do the majority of the construction
Services typically not included:

detailed cost analysis
detailed specification writing
full time observation of the contractor’s work
contract administration between you and the contractor

Fees - $50/hour + 1.10 times consultants fees (except for free initial consultation)

Total architectural costs of projects typically fall into the following fee ranges:
$700-1200
single story additions, 1 or 2 rooms, very limited number of drawings -  no consultants

$1200-4000
2 story additions - may include simple kitchen or master bath + stock cabinets, 
limited reworking of existing space, limited number of drawings - no consultants

$4000-18000
light commercial, simple houses, complex additions - may include whole house remodeling, 
cabinetry design and detailing, 3D modeling - likely involve consultants

$18000 +
light commercial, more detailed houses - cabinetry design and detailing, 
3D models - likely involve consultants
